1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in the JXDOLL Affiliate Program (“Program”) operated by JXDOLL (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By applying to or participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Operate a website, blog, social media account, online community, email list, or other approved promotional channel.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

JXDOLL reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.

3. Affiliate Account

Affiliates are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

You are solely responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported immediately.

4. Affiliate Links and Tracking

Approved Affiliates will receive unique tracking links.

Commissions are tracked through cookies and other tracking technologies.

A commission will only be credited when:

• The customer accesses JXDOLL through your valid affiliate link.
• Tracking data is successfully recorded.
• The order meets all qualification requirements.

If tracking fails due to browser settings, cookie deletion, ad blockers, technical limitations, or user actions, JXDOLL shall not be responsible for any lost commissions.

5. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn commissions on qualifying purchases made through their affiliate links.

Commission rates may vary based on:

• Product category
• Promotional campaigns
• Seasonal events
• Special agreements

Current commission rates will be displayed in the Affiliate Dashboard.

JXDOLL reserves the right to modify commission rates at any time.

6. Qualified Transactions

Commissions are only earned on approved and completed purchases.

The following transactions do not qualify for commission:

• Cancelled orders
• Refunded orders
• Chargebacks
• Fraudulent transactions
• Duplicate orders
• Unpaid orders
• Test purchases
• Self-purchases made solely to generate commissions

JXDOLL reserves the sole right to determine whether a transaction qualifies.

7. Payment Terms

Approved commissions are paid via PayPal.

Payments are generally processed once per month.

A minimum payout threshold applies.

If the commission balance does not reach the payout threshold, the balance will roll over to the next payment cycle.

Affiliates are responsible for maintaining accurate payment information.

JXDOLL is not responsible for payment delays caused by incorrect account information.

8. Promotional Guidelines

Affiliates may promote JXDOLL using lawful and ethical marketing practices.

Affiliates may:

• Create product reviews
• Publish educational content
• Share affiliate links through approved channels
• Produce original promotional materials

Affiliates must accurately represent JXDOLL products and services.

9. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not:

• Generate fake sales or artificial traffic
• Engage in cookie stuffing
• Use misleading advertising
• Make false claims about JXDOLL products
• Send spam emails or unsolicited messages
• Use malware, bots, scripts, or automated systems
• Manipulate tracking systems
• Impersonate JXDOLL employees or representatives
• Publish unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or harmful content
• Violate intellectual property rights

Any attempt to manipulate commissions may result in immediate termination.

10. Intellectual Property

JXDOLL retains all rights, title, and interest in its trademarks, logos, branding materials, product images, and content.

Affiliates are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use approved promotional materials solely for participation in the Program.

No ownership rights are transferred.

11. Compliance with Laws

Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

• Advertising regulations
• Consumer protection laws
• Privacy laws
• Disclosure requirements
• FTC endorsement guidelines (where applicable)

Affiliates are solely responsible for legal compliance within their jurisdiction.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

JXDOLL processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Affiliates must not collect, store, or process customer information obtained through the Program except as permitted by law.

13. Limitation of Liability

JXDOLL provides the Program on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

JXDOLL makes no guarantees regarding:

• Continuous availability
• Tracking accuracy
• Revenue generation
• System uptime

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JXDOLL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Program.

14. Indemnification

Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless JXDOLL, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Violation of this Agreement
• Violation of applicable laws
• Misleading advertising
• Affiliate content or activities

15. Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time.

JXDOLL may suspend or terminate an Affiliate account immediately if:

• Fraud is suspected
• This Agreement is violated
• False information is provided
• Affiliate activities may harm JXDOLL’s reputation

Upon termination:

• Affiliate links may be deactivated.
• Unpaid commissions associated with violations may be forfeited.
• Promotional rights granted under this Agreement immediately cease.

16. Modification of Terms

JXDOLL reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time.

Changes become effective upon publication on the official Affiliate Portal.

Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which JXDOLL operates.

Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
