1. In-stock Orders

In stock orders are generally shipped from USA/EU warehouse, the shipping+delivery time ranges from 3 to 10 days. 90% packages can be delivered in 3-7 days.

• Generally the shipping time is greatly up to the warehouse distance to your city.
• From November to January, the busiest shipping season may cause a slower delivery time (10-14 days)

2. Custom Orders

This doll is defined by yourself, we fully understand your joys while waiting for the dolls’ manufacture. So we arrange the production immediately once we received your order details.

Here is the production duration of your doll:

Silicone Head + TPE Body: 7-14 days
Full Silicone: 10-20 days

3. Shipping time of custom orders

Delivery time depends on the mode of transport; Confirm this with us or the shop that you bought from. Here is delivery time regarding to different methods.

By Air: 10-14 days
By Fast ship: 18-25 days(USA); 30-40 days(EU)
By Train: 45-55 days

4. Can you ship the package to my Countries/Regions?

We can ship the doll to 100+ countries/Regions in the world, except the countries/regions which banned sex dolls or the countries/regions have very strict duty clearance policy. If you are not sure with these, please confirm with us or our vendors before placing your order.

5. What Logistic Company do you Cooperate with?

JXDOLL cooperate with the well-known logistic companies like UPS, FedEx, DHL, DPD, CDEK, 17tack etc, to ensure the packages arrive at your home safely. Different countries may suit different express company, we can handle this well for you. You can also check it with us.

Kindly Note: For the custom orders, the tracking number only starts to update location when the package has finished customs clearance in your country. In-stock orders’ tracking generally update within 1-3 days.

7. Discreet Package

Be assured, all our dolls are packed carefully, no doll-related information on the cartons. There are labels like: “ Be Careful ” “ Handle with Care Keep Flat”

8. Can i pick up my package by myself?

In-stock orders: If you are close to our warehouse in California & New Jersey, USA; Contact us to reserve in advance(1-day);

Custom orders: Track your package and call the local number of the logistic company, tell them to put the package at sorting center or logistic warehouse.
