Each order was produced throughout the strict industry quality standards.

1. Order Cancellation & Modification:

In-stock Orders

For the orders which is shipped from US or EU Warehouse. You can cancel it within 12 Hours freely; After 12Hours, we will charge a fee caused by shipping + Intercepting at 50-150USD (According to the package tracking).

Custom Orders

For the custom dolls, we accept cancellations and modifications within 1-3 days regarding to the needs.

After 3 days, your order has been into the production procedure. Due to the custom order is special and unique, the cancellation fee will be:

Hybrid Dolls: 500 USD
Silicone Dolls: 800 USD

2. Package Delivered

All our dolls and doll options are carefully inspected and photographed before shipping. If the doll was damaged when you received & opened the box, Please contact us(or the shop you purchase from) within 24 Hours and attach the damaged details’ ( including package labels, tracking number and defective details) images or videos.

Kindly note, Below conditions are not allowed to returns & replacements:

• Dolls were damaged by users, like the staining by dark clothes, cut by sharp stuffs etc.
• Product did not meet personal expectations. (We send each doll’s images to customer before shipment, this default customers’ approval on shipment.
• Issues which are not related to the product. 

3. 30 days after Delivery

Since the package has been received for 4 weeks, it’s hard to find what caused detailed issues. As a responsible manufacturer, we would like to negotiate a satisfying solutions and provide sufficient supports to all our customers. 

4. Operation Issues

All upgraded options were tested & videoed before shipping, for the Heating, Moaning, Sucking vagina and Auto Blow-job, Auto Hip-twisting and more function issues, you can message us at any time.
